Refund policy

 

Exchanges:

Please email hello@grannygear.co.uk regarding an exchange. 

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you would like to exchange your jersey.

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order according to the tracking notification, we will be here to help make things right!

If we deliver the wrong size or colour we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us. 

If we deliver the correct items but you are not satisfied with them (too small or large), we can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Please email us at hello@grannygear.co.uk and we can send you the address for you to send the item to. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item. Your item will need to be returned to a UK address.

 

Refunds:

Please email hello@grannygear.co.uk regarding a refund before sending us the product.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your item will need to be returned to a UK address.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving your product. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Your item will need to be returned to a UK address.
