How delivery works
Each jersey is made to order so we avoid unnecessary waste and can keep prices competitive.

Orders with multiple jerseys may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, and the rest of your order should follow shortly.
Shipping times
UK, US, Australia, Canada, UAE & mainland Europe
- 2-4 business days to make your order.
- 5-10 business days shipping after dispatch.
- Estimated total: around 7-14 business days.
All other countries
- 2-4 business days to make your order.
- 10-20 business days shipping after dispatch.
- Estimated total: around 12-24 business days.
During Black Friday, Christmas, busy sales, or extreme circumstances, delivery can take up to 30 business days.
Returns & exchanges
Exchanges
- You can request an exchange within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tag attached.
- If we sent the wrong size or colour, we will reship the correct item at no extra charge.
- If you ordered the wrong size or style, you are responsible for return shipping to our UK returns address.
Refunds
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging.
- Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer and returns go to a UK address.
- Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Customs & import duties
Orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers in Asia. Customs, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
We cannot calculate or pre-pay these charges for you because the rules vary by country. Please check your local import rules before ordering, especially if the order is being sent as a gift.
