We now offer free worldwide shipping!
Our products are usually delivered within 10-15 business days of the order date but can sometimes take up to 30 business days at peak times or in extreme circumstances! You will be supplied a tracking number, usually within 5 business days of purchasing so you can track your order on our site. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us and we will be able to supply you with this. The slower than normal delivery time allows us to offer discounts on our jerseys.
Please also note that your deliveries may come in multiple packages. Do not be alarmed if all of your order does not come within one delivery.
Our orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers in Asia.

Customs & Imports:
Customs is a government agency, which is responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us exactly the price we marked on website,i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork,codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore,we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country,and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing,declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions.

Exchanges have been extended to 60 days for Christmas 2020. You have 60 days from the date of delivery (until 25th December, 2020) to inform us if you would like to exchange your jersey.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order according to the tracking notification, we will be here to help make things right!
If we deliver the wrong size or colour we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us.
If we deliver the correct items but you are not satisfied with them (too small or large), we can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item and you will need to return your item to a UK address. Please email us at email@example.com and we can send you the address for you to send the item to. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will need to return your item to a UK address.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will need to return your item to a UK address.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
