We offer free Worldwide delivery!
Our products are usually delivered within 10-15 business days of the order date but can sometimes take up to 30 business days at peak times or in extreme circumstances!
You will be supplied a tracking number, usually within 5 business days of purchasing so you can track your order on our site. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order, please contact us and we will be able to supply you with this.
Our orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers in Asia.
By purchasing you agree with our Return Policy.
Packages are sent directly from our manufacturer in Asia and is delivered via your local postal service. In the UK, this will be by Royal Mail.
Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.
Don't worry this is normal! For some shipping companies, once an item has shipped it can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Usually you are able to cancel your order within the first few days. However, once you receive a shipment confirmation email it means it has left our supplier's warehouse and is en route to you so we are not able to cancel any orders at this point.
Yes, you may return your order to us for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of your order and is returned to us in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please email us at email@example.com before doing so. You will need to return your jersey to a UK address.
We can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you the address for you to send the item to. You will need to return your jersey to a UK address. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item. Exchanges have been extended to 60 days for Christmas 2020. You have 60 days from the date of delivery (until 25th December, 2020) to inform us if you would like to exchange your jersey.
Our sizing falls more in line with UK/European sizing, not Asian sizing despite our jerseys being produced there. We often suggest taking one size up from your usual standard t-shirt size to ensure that the fit is not too snug though!
No, absolutely not! While our suppliers are based in Asia and jerseys are sent from there, Granny Gear is a UK based company in Buckinghamshire which was set up during the 1st lockdown during COVID19 in 2020! This means we can ship Worldwide at a very affordable price but it does mean that delivery times are a bit longer than Amazon Prime!
We do however have return locations in the UK.
