We offer free Worldwide delivery!


Our products are usually delivered within 7-10 business days of the order date but can sometimes take up to 30 business days at peak times or in extreme circumstances! 


You will be supplied a tracking number, usually within 5 business days of purchasing so you can track your order on our site. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order, please contact us and we will be able to supply you with this.


Our orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers in Asia. 

By purchasing you agree with our Return Policy.

Packages are sent directly from our manufacturer in Asia and is delivered via your local postal service.


Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also able to be tracked via your local postal service once an item clears local customs.

Don't worry this is normal! For some shipping companies, once an item has shipped it can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system. 

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Peak times usually refer to Black Friday/Cyber Monday & the Christmas period or any time when we receive a more than usual amount of orders.



Yes, you may return your order to us for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of your order delivery date and is returned to us in its original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will need to return your jersey to a UK address.


We can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. It must also be returned to us within within 30 days of your order delivery date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. You will need to return your jersey to a UK address. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item.


Our sizing falls more in line with UK/European sizing, not Asian sizing despite our jerseys being produced there. We often suggest taking one size up from your usual standard t-shirt size to ensure that the fit is not too snug though!

No, absolutely not! While our suppliers are based in Asia and jerseys are sent from there, Granny Gear is a UK based company in Buckinghamshire which was set up during the 1st lockdown during COVID19 in 2020! This means we can ship Worldwide at a very affordable price but it does mean that delivery times are a bit longer than Amazon Prime!

We do however have return locations in the UK.
