Can I exchange my order for a different size or style?

We can offer you an exchange as long as the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Please email us at hello@grannygear.co.uk and we can send you the address for you to send the item to. You will need to return your jersey to a UK address. We can deliver your replacement item after we receive your item.

You may return your order to us for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of recieving your order and is returned to us in its original condition.
